This very sparkly cake was for Suki’s 21st Birthday….Inspired by Vivienne westwood jewellry this cake had it all- sparkle, silver beading, glitter and lots of gorgeous colours!! My beautiful sister has a similar necklace that we got her for her 21st so this was a lovely cake to make! I especially love any excuse to use tons of sparkle and glitter! xx
This gorgeous little cake was for two wonderful little twin boys Lewis and Jack..A big red fire engine complete with fire hose and ladder! The boys enjoyed a fab 3rd Birthday party and I hope they loved the chocolate cake inside! Lots of love x
A friend of my brother, Angela ordered these football cake beauties…A Thackley Football club logo cake and a football pitch cake for a Birthday party…I loved doing these ones especially the logo, I was really pleased how they turned out…I hope the party was fantastic for Emily! So…Christmas is no longer on its way and we are well and truly in 2011!!! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a fantastic new year! Sorry its taken me so long to update for you guys but its been a hectic one but now the updates should be more frequent! Me and hubby were unfortunately ill all of Christmas and New year and brought 2011 in playing Junior monopoly courtesy of our gorgeous nieces leaving it at our house after Crimbo. So we are in Feb already and I’m sure its going to be a busy and extremely happy 2011…so enough of the to do…here are some little things I’ve been working on!…….
So……Christmas is creeping up on us again sweethearts!..I really can’t believe it’s nearly here again! It doesn’t seem 2 mins from last Christmas! I’m hoping to have a little rest this Christmas and to eat lots of goodies and see all my family and friends! I love decorating the house with all the fairy lights and am hoping to make lots of christmas sweet stuff; including gingerbread men, gingerbread houses, whoopie pies, cookies and candy cupcakes! I can’t wait! x
On the 10th of November my gorgeous husband turned 30! In order to mark the momentous celebration I bought tickets to the Silverstone Grand prix next year…and to go with the tickets a formula one car cake…not an amazing detailed replica but a little version to celebrate a brilliant day! xx

Hi honies, hope you all had an amazing bonfire night and enjoyed lots of fireworks! I absolutely love Bonfire night, the feeling of getting wrapped up warm eating gorgeous food and standing by a lovely warm bonfire can’t be beaten; not to mention the sparklers and the amazing firework displays! Hope you all managed to have a safe and happy one and ate lots of goodies! Tonight I had the pleasure of making some lovely cake treats for The Butterfly rooms ladies night…girlies were invited to look around the beautiful goodies in the shop; lots of lovely homemade products and art work and some beautiful baby treats-including gorgeous baby gros made from organic cotton. As the wine was topped up we all treated ourselves to a purchase or two…mine was a gorgeous scented candle named domestic goddess! Here are some pics of the gorgeous shop…!
